TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Tickets will not be refunded or exchanged except unless a concert is cancelled.

No duplicate tickets will be issued.

Concerts begin precisely at the time announced. Latecomers will only be admitted to their seats during a musical break.

Photography, filming and recording are forbidden.

The management reserves the right to effect any changes in the advertised programme.

Tickets that are reserved by telephone must be paid within 48 hours, after this period, the tickets will be put on back sale.

Except concerts specifically designed for young audiences, children under 3 years of age are not allowed in the concerts and children under 5 years of age are not recommended. Children must have a ticket and be accompanied by an adult.
