GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

Tickets are not eligible to refund or exchange, unless the concert is cancelled.

 

No duplicate tickets will be issued.

 

OPMC reserves the right to alter programmes and artists and in this event refunds or exchanges will not be given.

 

Tickets booked by telephone must be paid within 48 hours, after which they could be released for sale without notice. In the event of strong demand or sold-out concerts, the OPMC reserves the right to ask for immediate payment.

 

When possible, customers may choose their own seat. However, under no circumstances may they claim exclusive use of a seat, even for subscriptions. OPMC reserves the right to change the seat allocation without any right to reimbursement.

 

Reduced-price tickets are not eligible for e-ticketing; proof must be provided before tickets are collected.

 

No discount can be applied after the tickets have been paid for.

 

It is strictly forbidden to reproduce, duplicate or counterfeit a ticket in any way whatsoever.

 

The ticket is only valid for the concert it relates to, on the date, at the time and under the conditions shown on the ticket. It must be kept until the end of the event.

 

Access to concerts at the Palais is not permitted for children under 3, and is not recommended for children under 5. Children must have a ticket and be accompanied by an adult responsible for their behavior.

 

The organizer reserves the right to refuse any person who might disrupt the concert, without refund.

 

Animals are not allowed (with the exception of guide dogs).

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Formal attire recommended – Business attire required (jacket and tie are mandatory for gentlemen, smart attire for ladies). Casual wear, T-shirts, shorts, Bermuda shorts and flip-flops are definitely not permitted. Access will be denied if the dress code is not respected. (without refund)

 

Photos and videos are forbidden inside the Palace and during the concert. The use of telephones during the concert is forbidden.

 

Doors opening at 8.45pm at the Palace. Once the Palace doors have been closed at 9:30pm, you may be denied access (no refund). There is no intermission during the concert.

 

The consumption of food or drink is forbidden in the Cour d’Honneur.

 

The OPMC declines any responsibility for any damage whatsoever to belongings, objects or materials brought by customers.

 

The OPMC is not liable for loss, theft or misuse of tickets.

 

Parking is allowed Place du Palais from 7pm (limited capacity). Parking “des Pêcheurs” should be used as an alternative (please allow enough time not to be late at the entrance of the Palace).
